In a single word, no.
To be fair though. exercise is good for you. Besides improving strength and agility there are chemical processes in the body that are enhanced through exercise. Exercise burns calories and can help you burn more fat. Generally once your overall health improves, people's endorphins make them feel good and want to exercise more.
