Can I Have a Cheat Day?

While many people do have a cheat day it has several problems. First it will take you out of ketosis and you might take several days to get back into ketosis, thus stalling your progress. If you are unlucky enough to suffer the keto flu while getting into ketosis then you're setting yourself up to feel like crap for a period of time.


There is new research, published by Science Daily, that states one large soda or serving of french fries can lead to damaged blood vessels for those eating low carb high fat.


I would only do this in a very unique situation. So far in my journey I have not done this nor found a reason even remotely worth considering.
